Mandy Coutts is a graduate of The Massage School of Boston, Massachusetts. She specializes in providing relaxing and nurturing massages, utilizing long, slow, soothing Swedish techniques combined with deep tissue work to target areas of tension.

Personal Journey

Mandy's path to massage therapy was inspired by her own experience with pain from an accident. This journey heightened her awareness of her body and motivated her to help clients reconnect with their own healing abilities.

Connection and Care

Mandy has been practicing massage therapy for 12+ years. Her clients continue to inspire her to explore how our bodies, minds, and daily experiences are connected.  She truly believes that kind, intentional human touch is a powerful form of medicine. 

Creating a safe, welcoming space where you can fully relax and feel at ease is very important to her. During your time together, She will meet you where you are, hold space for you, and offer a grounded, healing presence. 

Her massage sessions are tailored to each client, with a focus on balancing pain relief and relaxation. She often weaves in stretching and breathwork, and draw from a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, myofacial release, Swedish and deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, gua sha, hot stones, and cupping. 

She also offers energy work treatments. Reiki is a Japanese technique that encourages relaxation and balance through gentle touch. Clients remain clothed and lie comfortably on the massage table. Reiki can help reduce stress and anxiety, promote deep relaxation, and support overall energetic balance. Many people describe it as deeply calming or meditative.

Massage and Reiki can be combined into a single session, supporting both physical relief and a calmer, more balanced nervous system.

Kara Preston is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, MA, in 2021. Since then, she has honed her skills to provide customized treatments that cater to each client's unique needs.

Danielle Stone is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from Spa Tech Institute in 2020.  She is dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, increase mobility, and improve their overall quality of life.  In her career as a massage therapist, she has built a reputation for her strong, yet intuitive touch.

• Working with Neck and Shoulder issues

Holistic Approach

Danielle uses a combination of deep tissue techniques, range-of-motion work, and targeted pressure to help clients release tension that often builds up from daily life or physically demanding jobs.

Personal Experience

Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Danielle volunteered for 3 1/2 years with her local EMS department, where she was recognized with the Presidential Award in the State of Maine.  She gained her massage experience working at Elements in Beverly, MA.
